   Country of origin is listed for recordings manufactured outside of 
the United States when known. Catalog numbers apply only to the country of
origin. However, it should not be assumed the recording was only available
in that country.
    For additions to this list, include:

The Programs are made available to consumers in both Quad 8-tracks and Quad reel to reel. The tapes are recorded directly from the masters in real time. A plus sign (+) following the program number indicates that both ambiance and direct organ sounds are recorded on the rear as well as on the front channels. No notation identifies that only ambiance is recorded in the rear channels.
